Terms of Service
Last updated 2026. These terms cover your use of this website and the plumbing service you arrange by phone with Zionsville Pro Plumbing, 11530 S US 421, Zionsville, IN 46077.
By using the site or calling our line, you agree to them. We wrote them in plain English, and if anything is unclear, call and ask.
How service is arranged
We take requests by phone only. When you call, we ask about the problem and the address, and we offer an appointment time. Same-day appointments are available when the schedule allows, and a time we give you is our best plan, not a guarantee, since traffic, weather and earlier jobs can shift it.
Calls to our line may be recorded for quality and training purposes. Our privacy policy explains how we handle what you tell us.
Pricing and approval
A plumber examines the problem and explains the repair before work starts. You receive a clear price before work starts, and nothing is repaired until you agree. If we find a hidden problem partway through, we stop, explain the new situation and give you an updated price before continuing.
A price covers the work described to you. Extra work you request later, or conditions that were not visible at the first look, may change it, and we will tell you before that happens.
What we ask of you
A smooth visit depends on a few things only you can provide.
- Accurate information Tell us the real address and describe the problem as best you can, including any earlier repairs.
- Safe access Someone aged 18 or older should be present or have authorized entry, and the work area should be clear and safe.
- Shutoff and safety steps If you can do so safely, close the main shutoff and keep people and pets away from the work area.
- Payment You agree to pay the price you approved when the work is done, using the payment arrangements we confirm with you.
Want a licensed plumber to look at it?
Call the 24/7 line and describe what you are seeing.
Licensing, permits and limits
We are licensed and insured. Indiana lets you verify any plumber through the state's online license verification, and we encourage it. Some work needs a permit, and the Zionsville Planning & Building Department can say what applies to your property.
We do not handle gas leaks, public water mains or the Town's sewer mains. If you smell gas, leave the building and call 911 or the gas utility from outside.
Using this website
The site gives general plumbing information. It is not professional advice about your specific home, and no article can replace a plumber looking at the problem. Do not delay a call about an active leak, sewage or a gas smell because of something you read here.
The text, design and images on the site belong to Zionsville Pro Plumbing or its licensors. You may read and share links to pages, but you may not copy the site's content for commercial use without our written permission.
Liability
We are responsible for the work we perform, to the extent the law allows. We are not responsible for damage that existed before our visit, for problems caused by hidden conditions we could not reasonably see, or for delays outside our control.
Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under Indiana or federal law that cannot be limited by agreement.
Disputes and governing law
If you are unhappy with a visit, call us first and tell us what went wrong. Most problems are resolved by a conversation. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, and any dispute that cannot be settled will be handled in the courts of Boone County, Indiana, where the law allows.
If a part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version, and using our service after a change means you accept it.
Questions can go to contact@proplumbingzionsville.com or by phone through the contact page. Our about page explains who we are and where we work.
