About Zionsville Pro Plumbing
Zionsville Pro Plumbing is a call-only plumbing business at 11530 S US 421 in Zionsville, Boone County, Indiana. We answer a 24/7 emergency line for homes and small buildings in Zionsville and nearby towns.
This page explains in plain terms how a call works, what we take on, what we send elsewhere, and how you can check that any plumber you hire is licensed.
How a call works
There is no online booking and nothing to fill in. You pick up the phone and the process looks like this.
You call the 24/7 line
The line is open at night, on weekends and on holidays. We ask for your address and what is happening.
You describe the problem
Where is the water, what do you hear or smell, and can you reach the main shutoff? Those three answers shape the visit.
We schedule the visit
We offer same-day appointments when available, and we tell you what to do while you wait.
You hear the price first
A licensed plumber looks at the problem, explains the repair and gives you a clear price before work starts. You can say no.
What we handle
Most calls fall into a short list of household systems. Each has its own page with signs, causes and what a visit involves.
- Pipes and leaks We handle burst pipe repair, leak detection and failed supply lines, including the main water line to the house.
- Drains and sewers Clogs go to drain cleaning, and backups that reach several fixtures at once point to sewer line repair.
- Water heaters A tank that leaks or runs cold gets water heater repair, and a worn-out tank may need replacement or a tankless water heater.
- Fixtures and pumps Toilets, faucets, disposals and sump pumps are routine calls and often fit a same-day slot.
- Small commercial sites Shops and offices can call about commercial plumbing, usually as a planned visit.
What we do not handle
A gas smell is not a plumbing call first. Leave the building, call the gas utility or 911 from outside, and phone us after the house is cleared. We also do not repair the public water main or the Town's sewer main in the street, which belong to the utility or the Town.
We do not diagnose a hidden problem from a phone description alone, and we do not name a repair price for work nobody has seen. That is why the price comes after a look and before the work. We also do not promise an arrival time, because the schedule and the weather change it.

How to verify any plumber's Indiana license
The Indiana Professional Licensing Agency (PLA), through the Indiana Plumbing Commission, licenses plumbing contractors, journeyman plumbers and apprentices. The PLA says it is unlawful to act as a plumbing contractor or journeyman plumber without a license, and applicants sit for an exam first.
You can check a name yourself. The PLA plumbing page has a verify link, and the state's online license verification lets you search by name. Ask the plumber for the name on the license, search it, and confirm the status before you agree to work. Do this with every company, ours included.
Work in Indiana is held to the state's plumbing standards. The Indiana Plumbing Code is 675 IAC 16-1.4, which the Fire Prevention and Building Safety Commission adopted in 2012 and based on the 2006 International Plumbing Code with Indiana amendments.
Where we work
Our home base is ZIP 46077, the town of Zionsville. We also serve Whitestown, ZIP 46075, and our Whitestown page explains how calls work there. Both sit in Boone County, side by side.
For the full list of places and how we treat towns farther out, see our service areas. If you live outside both ZIP codes, call and ask. We would rather tell you honestly whether we can reach you than guess.
What to expect from us
We write as a local plumbing business, so we keep promises small and specific. We are licensed and insured, we give a clear price before work starts, and we answer the 24/7 line. If a problem is outside our work, we say so on the call.
To start, read about what we fix or reach us through the contact page. The phone is the fastest way in.
Frequently asked questions
No. We work by phone only, so every request starts with a call. That lets us hear the problem, ask questions and set up the visit in one conversation.
Yes, we are licensed and insured. Because the claim is easy to check, we point you to the PLA plumbing page and the state's online license verification so you can look up the name yourself.
We serve Zionsville (46077) and Whitestown (46075), and we take calls from nearby towns. For anywhere else, call and ask before you assume.
